GPBalance teacher training 200H - Hormone Yoga / Women & Men

This 200H diploma is composed of 4 distinct entities to be realized over one year (2020/2021): It takes 200 hours to obtain a teacher certification. After the first 2 modules of 50H (100 hours) in 2020, it is possible to start teaching, then you have one year to complete 50 hours of practice, study and personal deepening of the aspects stated in the book. You must also start teaching in private or group lessons. You will be asked to write a report where you will notice the perceived changes to yourself and your students. Then you will complete the last 50-hour classroom module to complete the 200 hours (2021).

Module 2 (2020): Specialization and deepening (presential)

Module 3 (2020): Personal Practice & Study / Teaching / Annual Statistical & Theorical Report on the Effects of the Practice (Non-Presential)

Module 4 (2021): Specialization and in-depth (presential during the following year of modules 1 & 2)

Students receive a PDF file with all the information on the method that will allow them to prepare their course.

Gustavo Ponce – Biography

Pionier du yoga en Amérique latine, Gustavo Ponce, chilien, né en 1947, nous rendra visite au printemps prochain pour un atelier/formation professeur de GPBalance, une méthode qu'il développe depuis plusieurs années et qui vise à réveiller et équilibrer le système hormonal. Gustavo est professeur de yoga mais aussi ex-ambassadeur du Chili au Japon, entrepreneur international, écrivain, éditorialiste dans diverses revues de yoga internationales. Il parle 6 langues (dont le français!) et a formé la majorité les professeurs de yoga du Chili. Il a commencé le yoga à l'âge de 11ans et a depuis consacré sa vie à cette discipline. En 2003, on lui diagnostique un cancer du système lymphatique: un lymphome non Hodking en phase 4, son pronostique vital est alors de seulement quelques années. Après 8 mois de chimiothérapie, Gustavo entreprend de développer GPBalance dans le but de l'aider dans sa maladie. Les résultats furent spectaculaires et 15 ans plus tard Gustavo partage avec nous cette nouvelle méthode de rééquilibre hormonal.
