Fanny Lehideux – Biography
Fanny has a life rich in travel and encounters. Between France, Belgium, Argentina, it is in Chile and Brazil that she met Gustavo Ponce, with all his life of Yoga and other richeness, himself a student of B.K.S Iyengar, Pattabhi Jois and T.K.V. Desikachar and there a light went on and it is him that she chooses to train as a teacher, while she has been practicing yoga since her childhood!
Through the different methods developed by Gustavo, syntheses of the different integrated methods of Hatha Yoga, she discovers the richness of experience, flexibility and freedom, adaptation and accuracy, precision, knowledge and balance!
Today, Fanny teaches 3 of his methods which represent for her the main tools we need to feel in a healthy and balanced body.
“As a teenager I did not know that Yoga would become the common thread and the oxygen of all my life!
I have always been in search of the natural and the right, both in the way of being, a philosophy of life but also an objective of consumption.
Yoga has become a passion and a way of sharing it and transmitting this tool to those who are interested and who need it. “
In difficult times Hatha Yoga has helped me breathe, focus on the essentials and get me back on my feet. In the good times it allows me to maintain balance and stay centered while keeping a body full of vitality, good health and an open and calm mind. “
Frédérique Verdeau – Biography
After 20 years expatriated to London and Chile and numerous trips around the world, Frédérique moved to Aix-en-Provence in 2007 and a few years later founded Aix Yoga Center, a multidisciplinary yoga school. In 2014, she continued her yoga dissemination activity by organizing numerous yoga-related events: courses and training.
She started practicing yoga in 2000 and followed numerous trainings, internships with great teachers from around the world.
“Yoga, as some human encounters may have been in my life, has clearly given me a path that has allowed me to build myself. I would now like to be able to communicate to others, tools that give meaning to their own human research, I wish to transmit techniques and tools to allow you to take charge, independently, of your body, your mind, your energy and your health. “
The discovery of GPBalance a few years ago echoed my needs, my intuition, and that is what motivated me to do this teacher training in order to share it in my turn. The holistic work proposed by this technique makes all the more sense in the current context: the method offers a systemized and effective way to rebalance your hormonal level, stimulate the immune system, decrease stress and therefore prepare us for a more balanced life, healthy and serene.
The series is accessible to everyone, women and men and easily adapts to your physical level.
About GPBalance Hormonal Yoga
GPBALANCE is a therapeutic method developed by Gustavo Ponce with the essential objective of reactivating and rebalancing the hormonal level of our body!
The main action consists of stimulating the immune system, thus participating in the resolution of the problems and side effects associated with menopause, andropause, stress and various physiological dysfunctions impacting the hormonal system.
The result is a stimulation of fertility, sexual activity, reduced stress; helping accordingly with other hormone-dependent disorders. The series is accessible to all, women and men, and easily adapts to your physical level. GPBalance offers techniques and tools to help you take charge of your body, mind, spirit, energy and health.
“Balance is the ultimate state of well-being, where everything is perfectly aligned and functioning perfectly. In our chaotic lives, balance can seem like a totally unattainable goal, or at least one that requires profound change. Once you learn to balance with GPBALANCE, it is a free, easy, complete, and definitive path to improving hormone health and lasting vitality. “
GPBALANCE acts on the whole body: From a physical point of view, exercise improves balance, posture, flexibility and mobility. It strengthens and tones muscles and bones. However, its most particular effectiveness is the extraordinary increase in energy levels and vitality due to the reactivation of the endocrine system and sex glands. Regular practice helps us protect ourselves against infections and illnesses caused by a weakened immune system. It helps women in difficulty conceive by freeing the mind: less stress, anxiety and depression. It provides better sleep and emotional stability. It gives us energy and mental clarity.
GPBALANCE is based on a proven scientific basis, but for it to work it is necessary to reduce stress levels as much as possible. In other words, the level of cortisol. GPBALANCE can be combined with other types of exercise such as swimming or weight training. Yoga is not about what you do, but how you do what you do. It is suggested that people who are serious about practicing GPBALANCE for, say three months, have the following blood tests before and after starting the practice. Men should normally take a full testosterone exam (ideally free and bioavailable) and a SHBG exam. For women, testing for estradiol and progesterone is recommended. For both men and women, 24-hour urine FSH, LH, ACTH, TSH, and cortisol tests are recommended. This is a clear way to show you the benefits of the method.
